Kaito could easily break a lot of hearts without knowing it! Luckily, Luka's not truly interested in him, in the romantic sense anyway...
The REAL question is, how would Meiko react if she saw that? Or even more so, Gakupo? (a.k.a the boyfriend Kaito was referring to xD)
